Becoming Unstuck with Yelena Kuzmina

It’s common to feel “stuck” during your personal growth journey. You may feel you are making a lot of progress, initially, and get used to growing at a steady rate when first starting off. However, eventually you may plateau in your journey and have trouble going to the next level and can feel in a rut.

This week on Vibrant Life Allies, I spoke with Yelena Kuzmina, a mental health therapist and personal coach based out of Florida. Yelena specializes in developing mental health fitness for clients through her Mindset Skills Action formula and challenges her clients to push themselves to be uncomfortable in ways that can help change their life for the better. She was an amazing guest and offered an interesting perspective on how developing your mental health requires a unique perspective and willingness to try new things.
