Stop “Shoulding” On Yourself

Have you ever “should have” yourself to death? From time to time, we all “should” ourselves into situations, commitments, and stereotypes we aren’t comfortable with. Episode Highlights:

  • Shifting our mindsets around the word “should” (1:35)

  • How “should” affects your relationships (3:07)

  • Questions to ask when you start “shoulding” yourself (11:24)
