We spend so much time in our lives thinking about what we need to change to become worthy that we’ve subconsciously attached ourselves to this identity of not being good enough.

Instead of enjoying, growing, and learning from our experiences, we’re too preoccupied with managing our thoughts and feelings that we forget to live in the moment.


In this week's episode, I’m talking about our attachment to change and how trying to change isn’t actually helping us achieve our goals. I explain how being present in each moment and observing our reactions to thoughts can help lay the foundations of growth, which is the true catalyst for change.
